Introduction
Officially founded in 2017, Elementeum Games is focused on the development and release of Blockchain based games. The team is working on the first title release called Ether Legends. Ether Legends is a physical and digital trading card game featuring online, player vs player (PVP) battles set in an ancient, powerful arena with light-hearted artistic flare. Collect a variety of physical trading cards that can be transformed into Blockchain tokenized digital collectibles through one-time QR redemption. Collect digital characters, items and materials to forge legendary weaponry in the quest for glory and treasure. Read more of the story here.
Dating back to 2010, the rise of Bitcoin fueled the co-founders' fascination with cryptocurrency economics and the potential utilities of Blockchain and the tokenization of content for the gaming use-case. Understanding that Bitcoin was just one potential application of the underlying technology, the cofounders were excited to see what innovations would be made in the Blockchain space. The 2015 release of the Ethereum platform opened up a world of possibilities for Blockchain decentralized applications and computing. After much research, the Elementeum Games team concluded that the Ethereum network was the ideal platform launch candidate for Ether Legends, its digital tokens, game and collectibles. Ethereum offers all the required infrastructure, security, autonomy and functionality needed to bring the Ether Legends Blockchain trading card game to market.
Looking Forward
The team has paved the way with learning and implementing custom developed Blockchain applications. This initial integration to set up the game infrastructure has been time consuming and challenging, but FUN! With some of the recent events in the world (#2020), the team has fallen behind in terms of the game release. New partnerships have been formed with multiple gaming industry companies that are focused on tools, player acquisition and target markets which will help expedite and alleviate the 'reinventing the wheel.' Creating a game alone, is a massive undertaking however, the team is committed and comprised to see it through. The ultimate internal goal is to release the Ether Legends game on Android and iOS mobile devices here in 2020.

Other Information
In recent news, Elementeum Games joined forces with Enjin and is now a proud partner of the Enjin Multiverse Adopter program. The Multiverse began in 2018, when six games decided to collaborate and implement the first shared ERC-1155 Blockchain assets. It has since grown to include over 35 projects, to now include Ether Legends. With the continued development by the Ether Legends team, the creation of assets in-game will be designed to support the Enjin platform, bridging the gap between mainstream and Blockchain gaming, with player rewards in mind.
